      Title: Fish Marinade

       2 c  Chablis wine                        2 T  Lemon juice   
       2 t  Salt                                2 T  Creole mustard   
     1/2 t  Ground cayenne pepper         
  
   Mix all ingredients together and stir well.  Use as a marinade,
   Then as a basting sauce when you cook fish.
