   HEAVY CREAM,AND 2 TEASPOONS OR MORE TABASCO SAUCE.SIMMER UNTIL THE CREAM
   THICKENS LIGHTLY.RETURN THE OYSTERS TO THE CREAM TO WARM THROUGH AND SERVE
