                       Southwestern Chipotle Meatloaf

    2      pounds        Ground chuck -- extra lean
    1      can           Chipotles in Adobo (7 oz.)
      1/2  cup           Italian breadcrumbs with -- imported romano chee
      1/4  cup           Onion, minced -- dried
      1/2  teaspoon      Garlic, minced -- dried
    2      teaspoons     White pepper -- ground
    1      teaspoon      Cumin -- ground
      1/4  cup           Prestis Southwest Pizza -- Seasoning [Tone’s]
 
 Mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Place in loaf pan or oven casserole.
 Cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is done in the middle. 
  Let cool and serve.
 
  Suggested toppings: Spicy ketchup; Buffalo chipotle sauce; cheese.
 Serve with: baked potatoes with butter and sour cream; pickled hot :        
    jalapeno peppers and carrots.
