                          Shredded Mexican Chicken

                         boneless skinless chicken breasts
    4                    chicken bouillon cubes
    1      Medium        onion -- chopped fine
    1      Tablespoon    cumin
    1      Teaspoon      dried red chilies -- crushed
    1      Teaspoon      oregano
                         water
 
 Place chicken breasts in skilled cover with water and add all ingredients.
 Cover and simmer over low heat.  Add more liquid if needed.  When chicken is
 tender, use forks to shred.
 Use in tacos, tostadas, buritos, etc.
