       Title: HOT CHINESE MUSTARD

       Yield: 2 oz
 
     1/4 c  Dry mustard
       2 T  Cold water or flat beer
 
   Put dry mustard in cup or small bowl.  Gradually add cold water,
   stirring until thoroughly mixed.  Make only a small amount needed at
   a time, for it dries on standing.
