      1/4  c             vegetable oil
      3/4  tsp           cumin seeds
      3/4  tsp           yellow mustard seeds
    5      cloves        garlic -- finely chopped
    1 1/2  1 piece      fresh ginger root -- cut into fine shreds
    1 1/2  lbs           cauliflower florets
    2                    fresh hot green chilies
    1      tsp           salt
                         fresh ground black pepper
      3/4  tsp           Garam Masala
      1/2  tsp           chili powder -- or to taste
 
 Put oil in wok and sti on highish heat. When hot put in cumin and
 mustard seeds. Ads soon as mustard seeds begin to pop, a few seconds,
 put in galic, ginger, cauliflower and green chilies. Stir-fry 5-7
 minutes or until cauliflower has turned somewhat brown. Now put in salt
 black pepper, garam masala and chili powder; mix. Put in 4 tablspoons
 water and cover wok imediately. Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
