                         Frijoles Negros
                         Lettuce
                         Sliced tomatoes
                         Onions -- finelt diced
                         Sheredded cooked chicken or meat
                         Tomato-chili salsa
                         Cilantro
 
 To assemble, place 1 fried tortilla on a plate and spoon on a tablespoon of bea
 ns. Spread around, then top attractively in this order with : letuce, tomato, o
 nion, and chicken or meat. Garnish with cilantro.
