                            Bunny’s Farfel Kugel

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      cups          matzo farfel
    1      cup           boiling water
    3                    large eggs
    4      ounces        margarine -- melted
      1/2  cup           sugar -- up to 3/4 cup
                         Cinnamon -- a few shakes
      1/2  cup           white raisins
                         soak in hot water for 1 hour
    1      small can     sliced peaches
    1      small can     pineapple chunks in juice -- drained
    1      medium can    pitted black cherries -- drained
    1                    peeled tart apple -- thinly sliced
 
 OVEN: 350
 Grease a baking pan.
 
 Mix together matzo farfel and boiling water.  Mix in eggs, one at a 
 time.
 
 Mix all remaining ingredients together and add to farfel mixture. Bake 
 for 
 45 minutes (or til brown.)
