                  Low-Fat Red Beans And Rice  (High Fiber)

    1      Can           red kidney beans -- (6 ounce)
    1      Cup           water
      1/2  Cup           pumpkin
      1/4  Cup           tomato sauce
    3      Tablespoons   chili sauce
      1/8  Teaspoon      oregano
      1/8  Teaspoon      minced garlic
    2      Cups          cooked rice
 
 In large nonstick saucepan over high heat, combine all ingredients except rice. 
 Bring to boil, boil for 1 minute and reduce heat to low. Simmer 30 minutes, 
 adding water if needed. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
