       Title: SUMMER FRUIT COMPOTE

       Yield: 6 servings
 
       1 tb Sugar
       1 tb Dark Jamaican rum
       1 tb Fresh lime juice
       2 lg Mangoes, peeled and cut
            -into 3/4-inch pieces
       1 pt Blueberries
 
   In medium bowl, combine sugar, rum, and lime juice.
   Add mangoes and blueberries; toss to coat. Cover and
   refrigerate if not serving right away. Makes about 4
   cups or 6 servings.
 
   Each serving: About 85 calories, 1 g protein, 21 g
   carbohydrate, 0 g total tat, 0 mg cholesterol, 5 mg
   sodium.
 
   Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3
   days. PREP: 15 minutes
