                            Deviled Potato Salad

      3/4  cup           purchased potato salad dressing
      1/3  cup           Dijonnaise creamy mustard blend
    2      pounds        potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into cube
    2                    hard-cooked eggs, chopped
                         lettuce leaves -- optional
                         chopped parsley -- for garnish
 
 In large bowl, combine dressing and mustard blend. Add potatoes and eggs;
 toss gently to coat. Cover; chill. If desired, spoon into lettuce-lined bowl
 and garnish with chopped parsley.
 
 Variation:
 To make Deviled Ham Potato Salad, add 1 cup diced cooked ham with the
 potatoes and hard-cooked eggs.
