                          Better than Potato Salad

    4      c             Cooked long grain rice
    8                    Radishes -- slice
    4                    Eggs -- hard-cook, chop
    1      md            Cucumber -- seed, chop
    2      c             Celery -- slice thin
      1/2  c             Onion -- chop
    1 1/2  c             Mayonnaise
    3      tb            Prepared mustard
      3/4  ts            Pepper
 
   In a large bowl, combine rice, radishes, eggs,            
   cucumber, celery and onion. Combine mayo, mustard and     
   salt; mix well. Pour over rice mixture and toss. Cover
