    3.00 tb Vegetable oil
    1.00 tb Wine vinegar
    1.50 ts Salt
    0.13 ts Pepper
    2.00 c  Cooked, diced potatoes; warm
    0.50 c  Quartered ripe olives
    2.00    Hard-cooked eggs; sliced
    1.00 c  Thinly sliced celery
    0.50 c  Diced dill pickles
    0.25 c  Diced pimiento
    1.00 ts Grated onion
    1.00 tb Mustard
    0.33 c  Mayonnaise
  
   Blend together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
   Toss potatoes lightly; refrigerate. At serving time, add olives, 
   eggs, celery, pickles, pimiento, onion, mustard and mayonnaise 
   to potato mixture; toss.
