                                Steamed Rice

    2      Cups          Chicken Broth -- (unsalted) or water
    1      Teaspoon      Salt -- * see note
 
 * Omit if using salted broth.
 
 Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce
 heat. Simmer 20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. The rice can sit
 for as long as 15 minutes after cooking.
