Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 -------- ------------ --------------------------------
                         --SALAD--
2 medium cucumber -- sliced thin
4 green onions -- sliced thin
    3 small tomatoes -- sliced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- snipped
                         --DRESSING--
      1/4 cup sour cream
      1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons fresh dill -- minced
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 tablespoon milk
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      1/8 teaspoon pepper

In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Combine dressing
ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently. Cover and
chill for at least an hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Note: This recipe
came from a man who ran his own inn in Germany. It’s a very cool,
light salad with an exhilarating taste that’s delicious any time of
the year. Recipe from Gramma/Helen Jolly wwgq25d. Formatted by Lynn
Thomas dcqp82a. Lynn’s notes: Made this on 8-9-97, omitted parsley,
used dry dill and substituted thin sliced red onion for the green
onions. Very good and refreshing salad.
