       Title: HOT ARTICHOKE SEAFOOD SALAD

       Yield: 4 servings
  
      14 oz Can artichoke hearts,
            -drained and finely
            -chopped
       2 c  Mayonnaise
       2 c  Freshly grated Parmesan
            -cheese
   1 1/2 c  Fresh crab meat, drained
            -and picked through
     1/2 t  Tabasco sauce
     1/2 c  Toasted almonds
            Assorted crackers
  
   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Liberally grease a 1 1/2 quart
   glass baking dish.  Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese,
   crab meat, and Tabasco sauce.  Mix well and spoon into the baking
   dish.  Top with almonds.  Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until
   hot.  Serve on crackers.
