                         Greens With Oranges Salad

    1      Tbsp.         pine nuts or slivered almonds
      1/4  C.            rice wine vinegar
    2      Tsp.          sugar
    1      Tsp.          Worcestershire sauce
      1/2  Tsp.          dry basil
    2      Large         oranges
    6      C.            lightly packed bite size
    1      Piece         butter lettuce
      1/2  C.            sliced radishes
 
 In a small frying pan, toast nuts over medium heat,
 shaking pan often, until golden (3 to 5 minutes); let cool.
 In a small bowl, mix together vinegar, sugar,
 Worcestershire sauce and basil. With a sharp knife, cut away,
 peel and remove white membranes from oranges. Cut between
 inner membranes to remove orange segments.
 In a large bowl, combine lettuce, radishes, oranges,
 nuts and dressing. Mix and serve (76 calories).
