                           Chicken & Bacon Salad

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    1 1/2  Cups          diced cooked chicken
      1/2  Cup           diced crisp bacon
      1/2  Cup           diced celery
    2                    eggs -- hard boiled &chopped
      3/4  Cup           Mayonnaise
      1/4  Cup           chili sauce
                         salt and pepper -- to taste
 
 Combine first 4 ingredients.  Combine mayonnaise and chili sauce.  Add
 chicken mixture to mayonnaise and chili sauce and season to taste with salt
 and pepper.  Chill.

 Serving Ideas : crackers, sandwiches, toast cups
 
 NOTES : I don't care for chili sauce or eggs, so I substitue 2 tbsp minced
 onion for the egg and 1/4 c mayonnaise for the chili sauce.
