  300      grams         smoked fish roe -- tainha
    2      to 3          slices white bread -- crusts removed
      1/2  cup           water
      1/2  cup           oil
                         salt
                         juice of 1 lime
 
 1. Soak bread in water.
 2. Squeeze water out.
 3. Remove skin from roe
 4. Process bread and roe.
 5. Start adding alternately oil  and lime juice while processing to a paste.
 6. Check salt
 7. Serve topped with olive oil, black olives, chopped onion and chopped
 parsley
