                                Greek Salad

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2                    Cucumbers -- sliced thin
    2      Large         Ripe Tomatoes -- cut in wedges
    2      Ounces        Feta Cheese -- crumbled
    2      Tablespoons   Kalamata Olives -- pitted and chopped
    1      Tablespoon    Extra Virgin Olive Oil -- or more as desired
      1/4  Cup           Balsamic Vinegar
    2      Tablespoons   Fresh Oregano -- chopped
 
 Mix all ingredients in large bowl.  Let stand 20 minutes, then toss and
 serve.
 
 Makes 6 servings.
