                                Shrimp Salad

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      Cups          Shrimp, Shelled and Deveined -- Chilled
    1 1/2  Cups          Celery -- Sliced
      1/2  Cup           California Walnuts -- Chopped (Optional)
      1/4  Cup           Stuffed Olives -- Sliced
      1/4  Cup           French Dressing
      1/4  Cup           Mayonnaise
    1      Teaspoon      Onion -- Minced
                         Lettuce Leaves (For Presentation)
 
 Begin 1 hour ahead.  Into large bowl, cut shrimp in half lengthwise. 
 Add 
 all ingredients, except lettuce leaves; toss to mix well.  Cover with 
 plastic wrap and refrigerate.  Serve on lettuce leaves.
