                           Sunny Vegetable Salad

    5      cups          broccoli flowerets
    5      cups          cauliflower flowerets
    2      cups          shredded cheddar cheese
      2/3  cup           chopped onion
      1/2  cup           raisins
    1      cup           mayonnaise
      1/2  cup           sugar
    2      tablespoons   cider vinegar
    6      strips        cooked bacon -- crumbled
      1/4  cup           sunflower seeds
 
 In a large salad bowl, toss broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion and raisins. I
 n a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss to
  coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with the bacon and sunflower
