                    Marilyn Post’s Curried Chicken Salad

    2      C             cooked cubed chicken
      1/2  C             celery -- sliced diagonally
      1/2  C             green pepper -- finely chopped
      1/2  C             green onion -- thinly sliced
      1/2  C             peanuts (salted)  -- chopped
                         DRESSING
      1/3  C             homemade mayonaise*
    2      T             light cream
    1      T             cider vinegar
    1      T             chutney (Major Grey)
    1      tsp           curry powder
 
 Mix together the chicken, onion, green pepper, celery and peanuts.  Mix the
 dressing ingredients together and stir thoroughly into the chicken mixture.
 
 Chicken salad needs to chill several hours or overnight for flavors to develop.
