                              Three Bean Salad

    1      can           green beans
    1      can           yellow wax beans
    1      can           red kidney beans
    1      cup           celery -- chopped
    1                    green pepper -- chopped
    1                    onion -- chopped
 
 Mix the chopped vegetables and let them stand overnight in 3/4 cup sugar in
 the refrigerator.
 
 Dressing; 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/3 cup vegetable oil,
 2/3 cup vinegar.Add to vegetables.

 NOTES : This can be varied by the type of vinegar that you use. Herbed or
 wine vinegar are nice. You can also substitute garlic salt for plain salt or
 just add chopped garlic.
