    1      medium        head of cabbage -- quartered
    2                    carrots -- peeled
    1                    green pepper -- seeded
    1 1/2  cups          mayonnaise
    3      tablespoons   white vinegar
    1      teaspoon      sugar
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
      1/4  teaspoon      pepper
      1/4  cup           milk
 
 Assemble and attach rotor slicer/shredder using thin slicer cone (No 4).
 Turn to speed 4 and slice cabbage into a large bowl.  Exchange thin slicer
 cone for coarse shredder cone (no 2).  Turn to speed 4 and shred carrots and
 green pepper into large bowl.
 
 Add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and milk.  Thoroughly combine
 ingredients by hand.  Cover and refrigerate at least three hours before
 serving.
 
 Yield:  8 to 10 servings.
