                         Spinach and Mushroom Salad

   10      ounces        fresh spinach -- washed & chopped
   10      whole         fresh mushrooms -- sliced
    4                    hard-boiled eggs -- chopped
    6      slice         bacon -- cooked & crumbled
    1      cup           olive oil
      1/4  cup           sour cream
      1/4  cup           red wine vinegar
      1/2  teaspoon      dry mustard
    1      tablespoon    sugar
      1/2  tablespoon    salt
      1/4  teaspoon      black pepper
 
 Toss spinach, mushrooms, chopped egg, and crumbled bacon. Whisk remaining
 ingredients together. Toss with vegetables to coat spinach.
