    2      cups          cooked chicken -- cut up
      1/4  cup           sour cream
      1/4  cup           mayonnaise
      1/4  cup           carrot -- finely chopped
    2      tablespoons   cilantro
    2      tablespoons   capers -- drained
    2      tablespoons   red bell pepper -- finely chopped
    2      tablespoons   lemon juice
      1/2  teaspoon      ground cumin
      1/4  cup           onion -- finely chopped
      1/4  cup           tabasco sauce
    1                    avocado -- peeled
                         lettuce leaves
                         paprika
 
 Toss all ingredients except avocado, lettuce and paprika. Cut avocado into
 wedges. Serve on lettuce leaves with avocado wedges. Sprinkle with
 paprika.
