       Title: Garlic Green Bean Salad

       Yield: 6 servings
 
       2 lb fresh green beans
       4 lg cloves fresh garlic
   1 1/2 ts salt
     1/2 c  oil
     1/2 c  cider vinegar
     1/4 c  minced green onions
       1 sm can chopped green chile
       1    peppers
 
   Cut beans in 2-inch lengths.  Boil until tender-crisp and drain.  Peel
   garlic and mash with salt.  Add oil, vinegar, onions and chiles.
   Pour over beans while hot.  Toss gently.  Refrigerate.
