      Title: Spinach Salad

   Servings:  4
 
 	    6 c  Torn fresh Spinach		     2 x  Med Oranges,
      peeled,sectione 
 	    1 x  Small Red Onion  *		   1/2 c  Sliced water
      chestnuts,drain 
       2 T  Orange Juice                        1 T  Olive Oil or cooking oil 
       1 T  Honey                               1 t  Toasted Sesame seed 
       1 t  Prepared Mustard              
  
   * sliced and separated into rings
   
    For salad, in a large salad bowl place spinach, orange sections, onion
   slices, and water chestnuts (use 1/2 of 8 oz can). Sprinkle with 1/4
   teaspoon pepper.
    For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine orange juice, oil, honey, sesame
   seed, and mustard. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss
   lightly to coat. Serve immediately.
