                           GINGER-MUSHROOM SAUTE

    1       lb           Mushrooms
    1       t            Each butter & Vegetable oil
    1       tb           Soy sauce
    2                    Whole green onions, sliced
    2       ts           Finely grated gingerroot
                         Freshly ground black pepper
 
   1.  Clean mushrooms and slice.  Set aside.  In a large
   frying pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat.  Add
   mushrooms and remaining ingredients. Saute for 3 to 5
   minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Serve with
