                         MANGE-TOUT WITH PINE NUTS

  225       g            Mange-tout, topped & tailed
    2       tb           Olive oil
   25       g            Pine nuts
                         -- browned under the grill
                         Sea salt
 
   A simple stir-fry of mange-tout with browned pine nuts
   combines two lovelyflavours and mouth-wateringly
   crunchy textures.
   
   Stir-fry the mange-tout in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes
   until tender but still slightlycrisp. Add the browned
   pine nuts, stir together, and season with a little sea
   salt. Serve immediately.
