I hate to eat first thing in the morning (I don't wake up hungry at all) but
 this breakfast drink works well (note it has dairy).
 1 cup skim milk
 1 ripe banana
 1/2 cup fat free yogourt (fresh or frozen)
 flavorings (vanilla, chocolate syrup - optional)
 protein powder or nutritional yeast for extra pep (optional)
 Blend ten seconds in a blender and carry around the house while you get
 dressed! Delicious and easy.
