       Title: Kera Jenkins Corn Pancakes

       2    Eggs
   1 1/4 c  Equal parts corn liquid
            (see note) and water
     1/3 c  Nonfat dry milk
     1/2 ts Baking soda
   1 1/4 c  All-purpose flour
       1 ts Sugar
       2 tb Baking powder
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 cn Whole-kernel corn; drained
  
   In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.  Bake on a greased, heated
   griddle.
   
   Not:  For corn liquid, use water in which corn has been boiled, sweetened
   to taste with corn syrup; or use liquid from canned corn.
