 German Puffed Pancake

 1 c all-purpose flour 
 1 c milk 
 4 lg eggs 
 2 tbsps butter or margarine 
 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Melt butter/margarine in 2 pie pans/plates. 
 In a blender, blend eggs, flour and milk.  Pour mixture into the
 pans/plates on top of the melted butter/margarine.
 Bake in oven for 15 minutes and watch the pancakes crawl up the sides of
 the pan.
 Notes: Serve with your favorite toppings:  whipped cream and fruit,
 powdered sugar, maple syrup, etc.
