 This is a recipe I've had for a long time.  It makes a lot so you may 
 want to halve it for 2-4 people.
 
 OATMEAL PANCAKES
 
 3 c. oatmeal
 1 qt. low fat buttermilk (or skim milk soured with 1 T. lemon juice 
 	per cup
 1 c. flour
 2 tsp. baking soda
 2 tsp. salt
 Egg substitute to equal four eggs
 
 Combine.  The batter will be rather thin.  Cook on hot griddle (spray 
 if desired) until golden brown.
