    1      pound         93% lean ground beef
    1                    egg
    1      teaspoon      salt
    1      teaspoon      black pepper
    1      medium        onion -- chopped
    1      teaspoon      hot pepper sauce -- about 5 shakes
    1      tablespoon    Worcestershire sauce
    2      tablespoons   teriyaki glaze
      1/4  cup           oats, rolled (raw)
    1      clove         garlic -- minced
 
 Mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Form into four patties.  Broil or grill to
 taste.
