    2       c            Cooked AM Medium Brown Rice
      1/3   c            Chopped green pepper
      1/3   c            Chopped onion
      1/3   c            Chopped celery
    2                    Egg whites -- beaten
      1/3   c            AM Cornmeal
      1/3   c            AM Oatmeal
    1       c            AM Wheat Germ
    1       tb           Soy sauce
                         Seasonings to taste
                         -----FOR COOKING-----
    2       tb           Whole grain flour
    2       tb           AM Wheat Germ
    2       tb           Vegetable oil
 
   Combine first nine ingredients and season to taste.
   Mold into patties. Dust with flour and wheat germ
   mixture.  In hot skillet brown in oil until brown on
   both sides.
