   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    1 1/2                boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cubed
    1 1/2  cups          MINUTE White Rice -- uncooked
    1 1/4  cups          milk
   10      ounces        frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained -- OR
   10      ounces        fresh broccoli, chopped -- lightly steamed
    1      can           cream of something soup
    4      ounces        fat free sour cream
    1      package       vegetable soup/dip seasoning mix
 
 MIX all ingredients. SPOON into 12x8-inch baking dish. BAKE at 375°F for 30
 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
