                            PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

    8                    Pork chops
    1      cup           Rice -- not instant
    2      cans          Cream of mushroom soup
    1      cup           Beef Broth
    1      cup           Milk
 
 Recipe called for beef cube dissolved in water, I substituted broth for that.
 (JO)  Grease 9x13 inch pan. Spread rice evenly over bottom of pan. In a bowl mix
 soup, milk and bouillon (dissolved in the 1 cup of water). Arrange chops over
 the rice. Pour the soup mixture over chops. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.(COVER?)
 You can use 8 chicken breasts instead of pork chops.
