                          DEEM'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE

                         Butter Flavored Spray
    1      lb.           Chicken --  boiled or smoked,
                         leftover     Thaw and Reserve
                         with Stock
 
 1       pkg.    ORIGINAL  Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and                  Wild 
 Rice Mix, NOT quick and NOT                 Brown and wild rice  1/2    
 cup     Dry Sherry                 Chicken Stock 1       cup     Sour 
 Cream 1       can     Water Chestnuts, Chopped, OPTIONAL 1       cup     
 Mushrooms, or 1 Can Stems                 and Pieces 6       oz.     
 Cheddar, Shredded OPTIONAL
 DEEM'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE
 Cook Rice mix per package instructions, SUBBING 1/2 C. Sherry for 1/2 C. 
 of the liquid, and Chicken Stock for the rest...  Add chicken and stir to 
 cool rice a bit.   Add Sour Cream, Mushrooms, and Water Chestnuts. Stir.  
 Spray cassarole and transfer mix.  Top with cheese.
 Bake as above till bubbly.
