                              Meal  Casserole

    1      lb            ground turkey -- cooked/drained
    1      c             onions -- chopped
    1      28 oz can     tomatoes -- chopped
    1      tbsp          Worcestershire sauce
    1      tsp           salt
    2      c             potatoes -- diced
      1/3  c             flour
    1      10 oz pkg     corn -- frozen/thawed
    1      10 oz pkg     lima beans -- frozen/thawed
    1      lg            green pepper -- cut in strips
    1 1/2  c             cheddar cheese -- shredded
 
 Preheat oven at 375.  Prepare a 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray 
 and flour.  In a bowl, combine browned and drained turkey, onion, and 
 tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershire sauce and salt.  Spoon into casserole 
 dish.  Layer the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper on 
 top.  Cover and bake for 45 minutes.  Sprinkle with the cheese and 
 continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
