                              Potato Casserole

    5      pounds        potatoes -- cooked and peeled
   16      ounces        Cheddar cheese -- shredded
    1      pint          half and half
                         Lawry’s seasoned salt
 
 Grate cooked potatoes.  In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of
 the potatoes and cheese; sprinkle generously with seasoned salt.  Repeat
 with remaining potatoes and cheese, again sprinkling with seasoned salt.
 Pour half and half over all.  Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

 NOTES : Can be made ahead.  Bring to room temperature before baking.
