                         Corn And Sausage Casserole

    1 1/2  pounds        bulk sausage
    1      can           cream corn
    1      can           whole kernel corn
    2      tablespoons   flour
      1/4  cup           milk
    2      tablespoons   suguar
    3                    eggs -- beaten
      1/2  stick         butter -- melted
   12                    crushed ritz crackers
 
 Break up sausage and cook until brown. Drain well; beat eggs. Add sausage, corn
 , sugar, flour, milk, and dash of pepper. Mix well; pour into casserole dish. S
 prink crackers and butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
