                            BROCCOLI CHEESE BAKE

    1      10-oz pkg     frozen chopped broccoli -- cooked and drained
    1      small         onion -- quartered
      1/2  pound         cheddar cheese
    1      cup           all-purpose flour
    1      teaspoon      salt
    1      teaspoon      baking powder
    1      cup           milk
    2                    eggs
      1/3  cup           butter or margarine -- melted
 
 Asemble and attach food grinder using coarse grinding plate.  Turn to speed
 4 and grind broccoli and onion.  Set aside.
 
 Assemble and attach rotor slicer/shredder using fine shredder cone (no 1).
 Turn to speed 4 and shred cheese.  Set aside.
 
 Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into bowl.  Add milk, eggs, and butter.
 Attach bowl and flat beater.  Turn to speed 2 and mix 1 minute.
 
 Add broccoli mixture and cheese.  Turn to speed 2 and mix 30 seconds.  Pour
 mixture into a greased 9x9x1 1/2-inch pan.  Bake at 375 for 60 to 75
 minutes.  Cut into 3-inch squares tp serve.
 
 Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
