                               Lamb Casserole

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      C             Lamb -- cooked and cubed
    1      4 Oz. Can     Mushrooms
    2      C             Meat Stock
    1      16 Oz. Can    Tomatoes
    2      C             Onions -- chopped
                         Salt And Pepper
    3      Tbsp          Butter
      1/2  C             Rice -- uncooked
    2      tbsp          Worcestershire Sauce
 
 Heat lamb, mushrooms, stock, tomatoes, and onions for 15 minutes over
 low heat.  Do not boil.  Season with salt and peper.  Brown rice in
 frying pan with butter.  Combine rice and lamb mixture in buttered
 casserole.  Bake, covered at 350° for 40 minutes or more.
 
 Serves 4 to 5
