1 Quart Cottage Cheese
 2 2/3 cups quick oats
 2 2/3 cups bread crumbs
 8 eggs
 Small onion, minced
 
 Combine and form small patties. Coat with Brewer’s yeast.  Brown lightly
 Bake at 350F approx. 45 - 60 minutes.  Use onion soup mix or mushroom soup
 as a topping if desired.
