1 cup quick cooking oats
 1 cup cottage cheese
 2 eggs
 1 teaspoon sage
 3 tablespoon wheat germ
 1 package onion soup mix (pour over the top of finished patties.)
 
 Coat patties with Brewer’s Yeast.  Brown lightly.  Place in casserole dish with
 mushroom soup or onion soup (from mix.)
 
 Bake at 350F approx. 45 minutes, until cooked through.
