       Title: CHEESE AND RICE CASSEROLE ADA

       Yield: 4 servings
  
   2 1/2 c  Brown rice cooked
       3    Green onions, chopped
       1 c  Lowfat cottage cheese
       1 ts Dried dill
     1/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
     1/2 c  Lowfat milk
  
   Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a
   lightly oiled casserole. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20
   minutes.
