       Yield: 8 servings
     1/4 c  Butter (1/2 stick)
     1/2 c  Flour
       6 lg Eggs
       1 c  Milk
       1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
       3 oz Cream cheese, softened
            - (1 package)
       2 c  Cottage cheese
       1 ts Baking powder
       1 ts Salt
       1 ts Sugar
            Bacon, cooked crisp and
            - crumbled (optional)
   Melt butter in small saucepan.  Add flour and cook
   until smooth; set aside. Beat eggs; add milk, Monterey
   Jack cheese, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Stir in
   baking powder, salt, sugar and butter-flour mixture,
   mixing until well blended.  Pour into a well-greased
   9x13x2-inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45
