      title: marinated grilled pork

     1/2 lb boneless pork loin roast
       1 t  olive oil
       2 t  dry white wine
       2 t  garlic puree
     1/4 t  oregano
       1 t  sweet paprika
     1/4 t  red pepper flakes
     1/4 t  salt
     1/4 t  pepper
 
 cut pork into 1/8x1x2-1/2 inch slices
 combine with remaining ingredients-mix well
 cover and chill for 4-24 hours
 remove from marinade, drain well
 grill or broil for 4-8 minutes, until well browned on both sides
 serve hot or at room temperature
